Claire is a born and bred Canberran. Having grown up in Canberra, she knows the subtle characteristics of each area and witnessed first-hand the changes across the suburbs over time – one of her earliest memories is peering from her booster seat out of the car window, eagerly watching the suburb of Florey taking shape in the 1980’s.

In a past life Claire was an accountant who loved the advisory role, but unfortunately not the subject matter. Swapping out tax for property, she founded the agency in 2014 and hasn’t looked back. Claire is an experienced property investor across value-adding strategies such as structural and cosmetic renovations, house relocations, vendor financing, townhouse development and subdivision (unit titling). A mum of two, Claire understands the importance of finding the right school for the student/s in your household.

Claire’s zone of genius lies in pricing, negotiations and auction strategy. Claire’s calm, strategic approach when the pressure is on ensures our clients are the ones popping the champagne. She brings extensive experience to help our clients secure their winning outcome.

Sarah is currently studying Psychology and International Relations at the Australian National University and joined Capital Buyers Agency in 2021.

Debbie is an experienced property investor who joined Capital Buyers Agency in 2023. Born in Sydney, a military posting at an early age resulted in her life-long love affair and passion for Canberra. Debbie’s career spans both the public and private sectors including tourism, public affairs, marketing and, of course, property.

She brings over 20 years of property experience to the team with the last 13 years in commercial and residential property roles, and most recently commercial real estate. Debbie has a very strong property investment background including renovating, developing as well as establishing a highly successful short-term rental business here in Canberra. She’s your go-to for all things AirBnB.

Debbie loves connecting with people and talking property – in particular beautiful and functional design, and has a knack for visualising potential changes that could be undertaken.
