  • I’ll be live each week with the recordings made available if you can’t make it. You’ll be able to send in questions too, as I’m eager to make sure that the content we cover is relevant and helpful for you.

  • On top of our sessions together, I’ll be sharing some helpful bonuses each week. Each is relevant to that week’s topic, and are designed to help you hit the ground running - fast.

  • Each week, I’ll be live teaching for around an hour. You’re welcome to attend live, or you can watch the recording later at a time that suits you. After our session each week, how much time you take to implement is up to you. I’d suggest around 30-60 minutes is a realistic goal.

  • We’ll cover off the entire process, from finding the right services and people you’ll need along the way, understanding the costs, establishing and testing your property brief, how to price a home, how to deal with real estate agents, inspecting properties properly, understanding pest and building reports, buying into a strata property, the pros and cons of buying off the plan, understanding auctions and negotiating, and learning all about exchange, settlement and beyond. Plus more, but that’s enough for now!

  • Most buyers don’t have an experienced buyer’s agent to support them. And most buyers lose sleep, waste time on unsuitable properties, and pay more than they needed to to secure their home. It’s frustrating and saddens me to see this unfold.
